Toronto, Ontario, July 04, 2011 – PYXiS Software Group ("PYXiS"), a Division of Jonas Software, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Youbill Inc. (dba Member Solutions). The Member Solutions acquisition expands PYXiS' presence in the Fitness market and more specifically the Marital Arts segment.
